High speed and efficiency extrusion single screw extruder is designed for PE extrusion , equipped with a low-noise, high speed and hard gear reducer. Oil cooling system with special slotted feeding sets to improve the compression increases the filling, thereby increasing the amount of extrusion. Screw specially designed high-volume, low melting temperature, good plasticizing effect, energy-saving effect.
Shunt spiral extrusion die is designed for extrusion of PE materials , a unique low-pressure flow channel or blue spiral mold ensures PE pipe of low temperature and high plasticizing extrusion, specially designed die core spiral temperature controls to ensure a good performance of PE pipes; for different materials, multi-layer co-extrusion die having a low cost structure, low elasticity characteristics. The mold is easy to adjust and uniform extrusion characteristics ensure molten pressure and uniform flow , the smooth appearance of pipe .
Logo Line: Pipe marking line is composed of a small single-screw extruder through the composite extrusion die.
Vacuum sizing tank: equipped with two vacuum system (for large diameter) advanced water circulation, high-pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water temperature automatic control system. Accurate sizing sleeve with a bronze pipe cooling speed, fast setting characteristics. The material of tank is stainless steel .
